All Hail the Comb Over!

Never thought I'd see the day when I'd be cheering on Senator Harry Reid from Nevada. I remember one of my hippie friends back in 1991 getting in my face about ol' Reid. "You call THIS guy a Democrat?!" Bob fumed. Bob was from Boston and campaigned for John Kerry back in 1992 when he was running for senator in Massachusetts.

Ol' Reid -- who is the typical mormon missionary with the supremely bad comb over -- is apparently now America's only hope against NeoCon Halliburton shareholders run amok. Yeeesh! I can't believe I just typed that. The man who ducked out of every environmental meeting he could and pretended not to know any of my liberal friends when they crashed a fundraiser he was at once, is now America's ... only ... hope.

It is just like Jerry Garcia sang: 'It's even worse that it appears.' Oh well.
